POSITIVE ISLAMIC PSYCHOLOGY

Assalamu Alaikum & May Allah Bless You!

Welcome to Positive Islamic Psychology Coaching, where we offer more than just surface-level advice.

Here, we delve deep into the root of your struggles, providing guidance grounded in the Quran and Sunnah.

Our approach is holistic, combining a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) process with Islamic teachings to address all aspects of your well-being.

Inspired by the Amen Clinics model, We assess clients through four interconnected aspects of mental and spiritual health:

SOCIAL: We examine your relationships, family ties, and the impact of your environment on your overall well-being.

BIOLOGICAL: We assess your physical health, diet, sleep, and any medical issues that may be influencing your mind.

SPIRITUAL: We emphasize your connection to Allah, your purpose in life, and spiritual practices that nourish your soul.

PSYCHOLOGICAL: We address your self-talk, past traumas, and self-worth to build a resilient mindset.

At Positive Islamic Psychology, we believe that the soul is the cornerstone of true healing—a focus often neglected in other coaching services.

Our soul-centered approach follows a CBT process rooted in Islamic teachings:

Know Allah - Know Yourself - Know Your Purpose in Life - Know How to Achieve It.

This CBT-based method is central to our therapy and healing process. It’s not about quick fixes; it’s about creating lasting change in your life.

We provide advice and guidance that is both deeply rooted in Islamic teachings and practical for solving your real-world problems.

"Strange is the affair of the believer, for there is good for him in everything, and this applies only to a believer. If something good happens to him, he thanks Allah and that is good for him; and if something harmful happens to him, he shows patience and that is good for him."

- Sahih Muslim, Hadith 2999

This hadith encapsulates the essence of our CBT approach—viewing all experiences, whether positive or negative, as opportunities for spiritual growth and development.

This perspective allows believers to maintain a resilient mindset, rooted in gratitude and patience, which is the key to true psychological and spiritual well-being.

If you're ready to start your journey towards meaningful and lasting transformation, we are here to help.
